This is a remote position.
Scope:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 9:30am to 6:30pm New York, New York, USA time; 8 hours per day with 1 hour unpaid break
- Opportunity to specialize in community, rooftop, or commercial solar projects
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using the provided targeted lists
- Follow a simple script to engage prospects and qualify leads
- Set appointments for closers in various solar energy sectors (community, rooftop, commercial)
- Use the company’s CRM to manage leads and update customer information
- Contribute to building and maintaining the company’s database
- Achieve set performance metrics for appointment setting and lead qualification
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in telemarketing or appointment setting preferred
- Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural conversation flow
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Resilience and positive attitude in a high-volume calling environment
