Job Highlights
Provide essential support to the Technical Sales team by generating leads, updating presentations, preparing product comparisons, and ensuring clear and effective communication with sales prospects. Manage sales calendars, oversee post-sale activities, and contribute to enhancing the company’s digital presence to align sales materials with services. This role may also involve managing online content, social media, advertisements, and web presence.
Duties & Accountabilities
Daily Tasks
- Manage sales opportunities
- Follow up on post-sale activities and assist with customer onboarding
- Conduct competitive analysis

Requirements
- Experience in Sales Support : Previous experience in a sales support role or a similar position, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong Communication Skills : Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and basic digital marketing tools. Experience with managing online content, social media, and digital ads is a plus.
- Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail, especially when managing presentations, product comparisons, and sales reporting.
- Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to think critically and creatively when solving issues related to sales processes or client requests.
