We’re now looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join us, adding to our pool of knowledge and delivering great results for our clients.
The Role
As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are delivered through effective and customer-focused IT services. Your role will see you overseeing several key support functions for end users and ensuring our service is ITIL aligned and delivers against contractual agreements.
This is a client-facing role that will see you ensuring that client expectations are established, managed and delivered and relationships with clients are managed effectively.
Your role will also involve:
- Undertaking regular service meetings with clients
- Developing and managing service improvement plans to resolve issues raised with the service
- Ensuring great customer experiences through strong operational management
- Handling all operational issues that relate to service delivery
To join us as the Service Delivery Manager, you will need:
- Commercial experience working with, and ensuring adherence to, contractual requirements and commitments
- Excellent customer service orientation and relationship building skills
- The ability to build relationships with senior customer stakeholders
- The ability to manage and influence multiple teams
- To be ITIL certified
