The Role
We’re seeking a hands-on Marketing Automation Specialist with experience in planning, building and executing key communications on product feature updates, promotional campaigns and company news via social & email.
You will implement and manage our multi-channel marketing activities. This hands-on role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical skills and a deep understanding of marketing automation tools and data analytics. You will collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive success and positive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and set the marketing automation strategy.
Plan, build, and execute marketing activities across social media and email.
Segment data and create customised email programmes for targeted audience segments.
Utilise tools like Salesforce, Active Campaign, and Mixpanel to drive marketing initiatives and extrapolate key insights.
Leverage CRM and data analytics to gain insights and optimise marketing strategies.
Design and implement A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
Monitor and report on key metrics to evaluate campaign success.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and adapt as needed.
Collaborate with the management team and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve goals.
Qualifications/Experience:
Proven experience in marketing automation, preferably in a similar role with clearly demonstrated outcomes/successes.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Active Campaign, and Mixpanel.
Expertise in segmenting data and developing tailored email programmes.
Solid understanding of CRM systems and data analytics.
Excellent planning, organisational, and execution skills.
Ability to report on key metrics and derive actionable insights.
Experience with A/B testing methodologies.
Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn and adapt.
A creative mindset with an interest in creating content would be a bonus
