The Role
Are you a detail-driven individual with a keen interest in delivering high-quality service and a proven passion in representing a respected brand? We are seeking an experienced Junior Business Development Executive (Graduate) who is looking to develop within Rotary Watches Ltd. You will be a motivated and meticulous person who understands the intricacies of the client journey.
This new, dynamic role is a vital addition to the business. As brand guardian, you will not only generate revenue via new and existing retail partners, but you will also support the visual presentation of the brand in store. This is a fast-paced role that requires an individual who is not only organised but also an excellent communicator who understands their role as a representative of Rotary Watches.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing a high number of customer accounts and ensuring an even spread of calls across the area as per agreed plan.
- Achieving the assigned sales target.
- Providing training to store sales staff and national accounts in products and merchandising.
- Being open to new POS.
- Preparing range plans regularly and analysing sales in different territories.
- Working with the Finance team to ensure account settlement and check the credit line.
- Participating in the comprehensive training program provided by the company.
- Developing a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
- Working with different divisions within the business to gain a broad knowledge of the company's operations.
- Managing a portfolio of clients and driving revenue growth.
- Continuously developing sales skills and knowledge to ensure success in the role.
- Weekly Structure: 5 Field Days & Weekly routine sent to your line manager.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ambitious and self-motivated.
- A willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
- A desire to pursue a career in sales.
- Essential to have a valid driving licence and own vehicle to be willing to travel (5) five days a week.
