Key Account Executive (Food Manufacturing)
Duties and responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, goals, and preferences.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their enquiries and concerns promptly.
- Coordinate and manage client orders and projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
- Work closely with production, logistics, and quality control teams to meet client expectations.
- Keep clients informed about the progress of their projects, including updates on manufacturing, quality control, and delivery schedules.
- Proactively communicate any potential issues and offer solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and project details.
- Generate regular reports to track key account performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by clients, working with internal teams to find effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in key account management or customer service within the FMCG/Food/Drinks industry is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
