Remote Software Product Manager - HR SaaS Tech
Salary: 45,454 - 60,454 GBP per year

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in product management, preferably within the HR software, Employee Relations and/or SaaS industry
- Able to think strategically, analyze market trends, and translate insights into actionable plans
- Passionate about understanding the needs of HR professionals and building solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in utilizing data analytics tools to measure product success
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (business, technology, HR, or related)
- Desirable: Experience with Employee Relations case management software or HRIS systems
- Desirable: Understanding of employment law and compliance requirements (specific to the country of operation)
- Desirable: Agile methodologies and project management experience
Your responsibilities are:
- Developing a deep understanding of the Employee Relations landscape, including best practices, compliance requirements, and evolving trends
- Creating and executing a compelling product roadmap
- Immersing yourself in the challenges faced by HR teams, understanding pain points, workflows, and the ideal outcomes that empower aims to deliver
- Conducting market research, analyzing competitor offerings, and gathering ongoing customer feedback
- Working closely with sales, marketing, development, and customer support teams to streamline case workflows
- Translating the product roadmap into a prioritized backlog
- Establishing KPIs, monitoring product performance, utilizing analytics tools, and leveraging data to inform product iterations and optimization
- Serving as an internal and external champion of the empower product
- Line management of a small (presently 3 FTE) team of Product Owners/Business Analysts
