Frazer Jones has partnered with a Financial Services organisation to hire an HR Business Partner to cover a period of maternity leave starting in August.
This role will be offered on a fixed term contract basis of 10-12 months.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders and people manager to manage cyclical HR duties
- Provide HR advice, support and guidance to people managers
- Support on any employee relations matters, TUPE and change management projects
- Manage recruitment activity for Europe, including working with hiring managers on team resourcing, role descriptions, recruitment approval.
- Work with people managers on headcount budgets and recruitment reporting
- Manage recruitment agency relationships
- Support on all aspects of graduate and early careers recruitment, including intern and graduate assessment days
- Work closely with the Head of HR and HR Coordinator
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experienced HR Business Partner
- Experience working for an FCA regulated environment is highly desirable
- UK employment law knowledge and experience
- Experience working closely with hiring managers on recruitment and recruitment strategy
- TUPE experience is highly desirable
- Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders
- Experience managing all areas of generalist HR
- Strong analytic and reporting skills, in particular working with Excel
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills both written and verbal
This is a fixed term contract starting in August. This is a full time position and the successful candidate will be required to be in the London office 3 days per week.
