A global Law Firm are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team.
Some of the key responsibilities are to;
- Build meaningful relationships at all levels, internally and externally
- Lead projects within the team as well as wider HR projects when required
- Carry out and lead on cyclical HR projects/tasks
- Work in conjunction with the wider HR team globally to ensure best practice
- Support, develop, mentor and coach direct reports or more junior team members (where applicable)
- Drive strategic thinking and influence stakeholders
- Manage relevant processes and resource including budget management
- Develop a deep understanding in the area of the business to ensure optimum solutions
- Ensure solutions, where possible are approached laterally to ensure a joined up approach to Business Services and Fee Earning
- Responsible for quality output of work for the line of business which includes signing off letters and documentation
- Be interested in and upskill in external HR thought leadership
- When required take on the lead role in managing HR calendar activities to ensure a joined up approach with the wider HR team and BPs
This HR BP role is on a 12 month FTC (covering maternity).
