As the Sales Manager, you will play a vital role that is directly responsible for the performance of the teams and sales outcomes, striving to increase the company’s profit margins through sales by motivating and inventing new sales tactics.
Creating and developing business plans and strategies in order to expand the customer and candidate base to maximize additional income for the company. You will be responsible for ensuring that effective methods are put into place so that the company achieves its maximum productivity.
You will be expected to harness a working environment that encourages teamwork, energy, and creativity. To achieve this, you should have strong leadership and motivational skills along with good communication skills to ensure all customer and employee issues are addressed effectively.
As the Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Compliance Manager, Operations Manager, HR Manager, IT Manager, Accounts Teams, Business Development Manager, and the Managing Director to improve the working environment and business processes of the company.
The aim is to strengthen and deliver the margin to ensure the successful continuance of business operations.
