Advert: This role can be based out of either our Witney office in Oxfordshire or the Shepherd's Bush office in London and typically a minimum of 3 days per week in the office is required. The work pattern for this role is 9-5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 9-5pm on Friday. Applications from candidates looking for part-time hours will be considered.

The role
As a Paid Search Executive, you will be responsible for delivering performance analysis and optimisation of our global paid media activity on search, display, and social. As part of Audley’s Paid Media team - within the Performance Marketing team - you will be a highly driven, results-focused marketer with a strong attention to detail and understanding of marketing practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Continually optimising our keyword sets, identifying opportunities to improve account performance
- Monitoring and adjusting our bidding strategies to ensure optimum return on investment
- Creating and optimising our creative across various formats to ensure optimum level of performance
- Proactively understanding account, channel and market performance across all paid search activity
- Performance reporting & analysis leading to actionable insight that drives optimisation
- Channel testing & optimisation, supporting the designing & implementing of optimisation plans that ensure performance goals are met
- Ensuring all accounts are structured optimally and adhering to agreed best practice in terms of hygiene
About you
You will be a highly driven, results-focused marketer with a strong attention to detail and understanding of marketing practices.
Additional experience required in:
- Channel management tools – e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook
- Advanced analysis
- Budget management
- Google Analytics
