The role
You’ll join this collaborative and forward-thinking Distribution team to define and conduct analysis of Brit’s opportunities aligned to our e-distribution strategy in order to maximise the exposure, reach and conversion of opportunities to profitable premium.
Your existing Lloyd’s and company market insurance knowledge and experience along with your proficiency working with client relationship management systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience would be amazing but by no means a requirement!) will come into its own as you work closely with the wider distribution team and relevant Underwriters to analyse client management and premium volume data to monitor existing partners, identify potential partner targets, and track key performance indicators around these.
In addition, you’ll co-ordinate the continual adoption of Brit’s chosen client relationship management (CRM) tool, reporting the resultant analysis and working with the business to determine distribution strategy with selected partners.
