Nano-purification solutions has its factory and design facility in the North of England and employs around 100 people worldwide in sister companies in Germany, USA, Singapore and Canada. We rely on our decades of experience and world-class customer service to provide compressed air and gas treatment, gas generation, and process cooling systems worldwide.
We are seeking a results-driven European Sales Manager to lead our EMEA business. In this role, you will be responsible for sustainably growing the business in line with divisional targets and objectives, ensuring the business development and supporting nano achieving a market leadership position for identified products and in targeted markets.
Reporting to the General Manager of Nano Purification Solutions, you will be accountable for the Sales Development of nano-purification solutions within the EMEA region. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to achieve the full potential of the market and customer share and increase market penetration, by expanding our presence to new markets and growing within existing ones. You will be responsible for developing the sales organization in line with business needs to ensure stronger presence and customer satisfaction, interfacing with the global team to enhance the nano brand presence.
Key Tasks
- Regular, planned customer contact to provide commercial, operational, and technical support.
- Identification of new potential clients through market awareness and proven track record experience.
- Strong understanding and experience in distributor management.
- Continuously improve operational efficiency in sales, develop the end-to-end process and lead the sales team towards continuous success, while also growing and developing talent within the area of responsibility.
- Management of external sales team.
- Interacting with nano management team to support the development of synergies, consolidated results, and performance.
- Analysing monthly results and reporting on performance.
- Customer support through, and resolution of, quality issues from a commercial aspect.
Required Skills
- The ideal candidate holds a university degree in a technically and/or commercially orientated field or has equivalent experience.
- A technical understanding of compressed air treatment products and experience in the industry would be an advantage.
- Strategic mindset with a keen eye for identifying new business opportunities and driving innovation.
- Demonstrated experience in driving growth across an international landscape.
- Excellent command of English is required; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good team player who is enthusiastic, flexible, and able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
