We are seeking to recruit a Graduate to join our growing Business Rates Team in Edinburgh/Glasgow.
The Role
The role will primarily involve supporting the Business Rates team by carrying out various administrative and surveying duties. This will include assisting with rental and value analysis and inputting property data into Assessors Returns of Information.
Role Requirements
Relevant RICS accredited degree. Ability to use initiative to think through problems to find solutions, ability to perform under pressure and a proven ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to maintain up to date knowledge of the current property market and economy, the Firm’s products, services and processes to deliver excellent client care.
Skills + Experience
Ideal candidates will have experience of working within a Surveying practice and have the proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
