With over 8 million members, they are one of the UK’s largest money saving platforms.
They partner with big brands like ASOS, Nike, Argos, Expedia and Pizza Express and receive over 8 million visits each month.
They are approaching a pivotal evolution of both their brand and product and beginning to grow the design function in order to support this journey.
Right now, they’re looking for a talented Product Designer to join their Design team in London. The team is currently 4 people (Design Director, 1 Lead Product Designer, 1 Senior Product Designer and 1 Brand/Marketing Designer) and a few new hires on the horizon.
The role
Reporting into the Design Director, your role will sit within the Design team with the aim of helping their customers to save more and grow their loyal customer base.
As a product designer, you will work end to end to improve the overall experience for customers but with particular focus on UI Design and building out a brand new design system as part of a major rebranding exercise.
Beyond this, the team also welcome innovative ideas and exploration of new technology so you’ll be given plenty of freedom and support to push new boundaries and explore new directions and features for the product – provided they add real value to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating and partnering with peers across Product, Technology, Marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, priorities and delivery of design strategy to support the business.
- Facilitating and driving UX solutions, discussions and planning; proposing alternative plans, and determining direction in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensuring consistent, unified user experience across all platforms and communication channels.
- Help to build the new design system and ensure governance and processes in order to maintain adherence to the design system across the team and org.
- Working with design, product, marketing and engineering teams to translate ideas into concepts, prototypes & products driving new business opportunities and customer value.
The candidate
- Proven experience working in a consumer-facing product environment.
- A portfolio of examples showcasing your work and process.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and development environments.
- Strong visual design skills with good knowledge of typography, layout and colour theory.
- Good working knowledge of UX design principles, processes and problem-framing.
- Experience planning and conducting user research and usability testing using software such as UserTesting.com or UserZoom.
- Ability to effectively communicate decisions backed with strong design rationale to stakeholders.
- A bonus if you’ve previously built or contributed to a design system.

Interview stages:
- Approx 45 min chat with the Design Director.
- A portfolio / case study run through with a panel of peers (60 mins) followed by a 30min culture fit conversation.
