About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Team Manager to lead our global sales team towards achieving ambitious targets. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, possess exceptional leadership skills, and have a proven track record in driving sales performance. As a Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for guiding, motivating, and coaching a team of sales professionals to exceed their goals and contribute to the overall success of our organisation.
You will work from our London-based office (hybrid) and report directly to the Sales & Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, engage and manage a remote working team of 8 sales representatives, based across the US and the UK.
- Create an inspiring, winning team environment with an open communication culture.
- Implement KPIs and performance metrics to ensure we have the slickest sales cycle.
- Improve our sales operational activities.
- Liaise with marketing to equip the sales team with sales enablement materials.
- Call listening and coaching, providing constructive feedback to develop the skills and capabilities of individual team members.
- Performance management and recruitment.
- Set clear team goals and motivate the team to consistently meet or exceed them, fostering a competitive and high-performance culture within the sales team.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor sales activities.
About You
- At least 2 years of experience in a team leader/people manager role with a track record of exceeding and meeting sales targets in a B2C environment.
- Direct sales experience, with the ability to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration with sales leadership.
- A strong commercial mindset to align sales targets with company goals.
- Excellent communication and time management skills as you will be the main point of contact for all team members.
- Strong on data-driven metrics and using this as a basis to pivot performance.
- Experience in providing feedback and coaching of team members to improve performance.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and a passion for achieving outstanding results.
- Comfortable with technology; bonus points for experience with HubSpot.
Compensation, Perks & Benefits
- Salary £40-45k depending on experience + bonus (OTE £52-57k)

- London based hybrid role with flexibility around working hours. Our fixed office days are Tuesdays to Thursdays with weekly breakfast and team lunches.
