We are currently looking for a Culture Activation Manager with strong account handling & planning experience from an agency background, ideally with social media and/or influencer marketing expertise.
We’re seeking someone who can provide reliable and confident account management support from day one. The ideal candidate has demonstrable experience with integrated campaigns and has delivered creative campaign work and digital assets. Using an authoritative and empathetic approach, you’ll proactively manage Crush’s main accounts at the same time as creating value and continually seeking and identifying growth opportunities. You will proactively lead on the planning and execution of campaigns and activations across some of our most exciting accounts.

Responsibilities
- Stay attuned to cultural moments (specifically music, entertainment, sport and lifestyle) and generate creative ideas to effectively leverage them for client success.
- Quickly establish a sound knowledge of the client’s campaign strategy and delivery requirements, including any existing projects’ milestones and deliverables.
- Assist with the strategic planning of cultural marketing and defining how the client can achieve or contribute towards business goals through such cultural campaigns and messaging.
- Help to develop, plan, and execute impactful, lifestyle-led campaign activation and creative for our leading brand clients.
- Regularly identify relevant talent and cultural activation opportunities with the potential to impact brand and performance goals set by the business and setting out creative and commercial proposals accordingly, allowing the brand to make informed decisions.
- Be responsible for receiving and answering briefs using creative insight and ideation.
- Skilfully and tactfully manage relationships between all internal and external stakeholders, at all levels from Exec to CEO.
- Manage internal and external specialist resource with highly-effective briefing abilities and project management skills.
- Work with the relevant resources to plan and execute photo shoots and productions, ensuring all deliverables are captured in line with client expectations.
- Field enquiries and act as a gatekeeper to the Crush MD/CSO for all matters regarding the account and campaign delivery.
- Work with the Crush CSO to develop and pitch incremental concepts and opportunities.
- Create effective presentation slides and materials to support priority workstreams.
- Work alongside the Crush Operations team to ensure the campaign is delivered on time and within budget, assisting within every aspect of the campaign, from supplier management, trafficking assets to final delivery.
Person specification
To be successful within this role, you must have:
- Proven experience in delivering strategy, planning, creative campaigns and digital products, ideally from within an agency setting.
- Passion for and understanding of the evolving digital landscape, trends and consumer behaviours.
- A solid understanding of social media and ambassador/influencer marketing.
- The ability to demonstrate a track record of creative development, with the ability to draw on strong instinct, judgement and experience.
- A tactful and strategic approach to stakeholder management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copy editing and proofreading abilities.
- Strong commercial awareness of opportunity and resource costs.
- Bundles of enthusiasm and must be a natural self-starter; always on the lookout for ways to improve the level of service we provide to the client.
- Confident and engaging communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive and well-thought through solutions to the client’s needs.
- Have a passion for music, entertainment, sport and lifestyle trends – all the things we care about.
