About The Opportunity
As the Enterprise Account Manager, based in London, you will play a vital role in leading key account growth through up and cross-sells. You will also secure new customers, expanding Micromine’s client base. You will play a part in ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining relationships and resolving account issues.
Reporting to the Regional Manager (Africa, Middle East, & Europe), your main responsibilities will include:
- Implementing account management strategies for Major mining houses.
- Building strategic relationships with key clients, including C-suite, as well as industry and government bodies.
- Proactively developing account growth opportunities within the region, including contributing towards product and promotional strategies.
- Identifying account challenges early and addressing them to the highest quality standard.
- Presenting and selling Micromine’s solutions to new prospects within the region.
- Participating in events such as trade shows and product launches.
About You
As an experienced Account Manager, you will have a background in B2B sales/consulting within the mining industry.
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:
- Experience in software/SaaS sales
- Possess an existing network within the mining industry
- Strong relationship-building skills, including exposure to working with senior-level stakeholders.
- Well-versed in working towards account growth targets set out by management
- Self-starter and team player
- Ability to travel for work as required
- Tertiary qualification (ideal)
