Fantastic opportunity for a junior sales executive to get their foot in the door into the exciting world of B2B events!
Our client is looking to hire a junior sales executive to join a fast-growing team selling exhibition and sponsorship opportunities across a fashion/retail exhibition.
The successful candidate will ideally be degree educated with around 12 months B2B sales experience under their belt.
You will be working with a number of existing clients but there will be a key emphasis to bring in new business too.
What you’ll do:
- Source and identify new companies that could be a fit for the exhibition, selling exhibition and sponsorship solutions to clients.
- Engage new companies by telephone and face to face to assess whether they are a good fit.
- Network with existing and prospective clients at events.
- Pitch to senior-level decision-makers.
What we’re looking for:
- Ideally degree educated.
- Ideally some phone-based sales experience - 6-18 months.
- Hard-working and committed with an excellent phone work ethic.
- Pro-active, persuasive & confident.
- Sales driven.
- An ability to understand client’s needs and adopt a tailored approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
