Role overview:
- As a Regional Sales Manager, you will continue to have an individual quota, and be assigned to a territory of Student Unions (SUs).
- This includes outbound prospecting, qualifying inbounds, day-to-day client management and working with MSMs on the smooth delivery of campaigns.
- You will also be responsible for managing and coaching direct report(s) to ensure optimal sales performance across their territory.
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting and forecasting to the business by being on top of your CRM hygiene and other systems, upholding best practices across your team.
- Exceeding the contract value of your SU territory across at least 80% of the portfolio both individually and across your team.
- Regularly reviewing and analysing sales data to identify areas of improvement across your territory.
- Collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in strategies and goals.
- Supporting with the development of process improvements, best practices and team training & development.

- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- You will thrive on working to targets and will be able to confidently negotiate with clients to identify new opportunities and maximise sales revenue.
- An eye for detail and upholding high standards across every aspect of your work.
- You will be resilient and creative, able to problem solve with positivity and urgency.
- Ability to coach and mentor others to continuously improve their performance.
