The role…
To support our rapid growth, we are investing in our culture and have created a new role of Communications and Engagement Manager. The role will report into our Head of Employee Brandand Internal Communications. It’s an exciting role that requires a blend of strong communication, employee engagement and learning skills. Key responsibilities :
Communications:
- Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Activation: Support the roll-out and activation of our new Employee Value Proposition throughout the employee experience.
- Global Communications and Engagement Plan: Help implement our global internal communications and engagement plan to ensure consistent and effective messag-ing.
- Employee Resource Groups and CSR Initiatives: Serve as the communications lead, ensuring these groups are effectively supported and that we raise awareness of key initiatives.
- Talent Attraction Campaigns: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to de-liver campaigns that enhance our employer reputation and drive quality applications for roles.
Employee Engagement:
- Support the extended roll-out of Culture Amp employee engagement platform - moving the organisation towards self service
- Organise and facilitate employee listening forums/activities (survey co-ordination, focus groups, action planning etc)
- POC for use of Culture Amp for targeted initiatives outside of employee engagement
- Curate learning content in support of employee engagement campaigns as part of our broader learning and development roadmap
- Design learning solutions and engagement campaigns aligned to key drivers of en-gagement and topics of strategic importance to the organisation e.g. AI and key skills.
Learning Engagement:
- Learner Engagement Strategies: Identify opportunities and implement strategies to enable regular learner engagement, fostering a learning-enabled culture. This in-cludes events and communication strategies as well as improving access to all learn-ing.
- Key Learning Initiatives: Design and curate content related to the key drivers of employee engagement that supports our broader learning strategy in conjunction with the Head of Learning.
- Drive Learner Engagement: Continuously improve access to learning content to en-sure ability for learners to engage with content at the point of need.
Reporting and Stakeholder Management:
- Performance Reporting: Report and evaluate the performance of communications and engagement activities.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Manage and coordinate key Employee Engagement stakeholders in global locations for consistent, globally driven initiatives.
- Manager and HR Support: Provide support and advice to managers and HR col-leagues on employee engagement strategies and initiatives.
Role requirements:
Essential Skills
- Experienced communications professional with excellent written and verbal commu-nications skills
- In depth knowledge and experience of implementing and evaluating Employee En-gagement initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to manage and implement employee engagement strategies and internal communication plans.
- Experience in learning and development, particularly in curating engaging learning content and related initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with communication tools, intranet platforms, and HR software.
- Microsoft (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PPT, Adobe)
- Strong change management skills with experience of implementing engagement strategies across a global matrixed organisation
- Learning solution design and content curation
