Location: London, Hybrid (two days in our central London office)
The Marketing Director – Demand Generation, EMEA will own the end-to-end demand generation and marketing experience and all disciplines involved in building a high-performing growth engine for the suite of Trintech software solutions in Europe.
This position reports directly to the Global VP Marketing, Demand Generation and Marketing Operations based in London and will translate Trintech’s marketing vision and goals into integrated demand generation campaigns, tactics, projects, and deliverables to support the business. This role will be responsible for managing budgets, resources, and teams to execute short-term and long-term marketing plans.
As a key participant in strategic relationships with partners and internal teams, the Marketing Director – Demand Generation, EMEA will enable effective communication and alignment to the marketing team to drive business objectives. This is a strategic and yet hands-on role, with a strong focus on execution
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Take full ownership of EMEA demand generation and represent that strategy, plan, execution and performance with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders.
- Lead all demand generation channels across EMEA, resolve tactical mix between integrated campaigns, digital advertising, SEO, webinars, nurtures, and social.
- Develop and execute localised go-to-market plans for the UKI that results in substantial bookings growth to include digital marketing, field events and lead generation.
- Develop strategic cross-channel and ABM marketing campaigns that engage and educate key segments and drive demand
- Partner closely with the North America Demand Generation, Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, Operations and Sales teams to bring full-funnel campaigns to life and optimize performance and business impact.
- Own campaign performance and revenue metrics across the sales funnel, including the feedback loop between sales and marketing to optimize demand generation campaigns that efficiently drive qualified leads through the sales funnel
- Partner with our Regional Product Marketing team to align messaging, content, and understand relevant solutions and uses cases that roll into each campaign.
- Track, measure, and communicate campaign results, continually optimizing for efficiency and scale, and seek to generate new global best practices through experimental efforts.
- Manage strategic projects across internal and partner teams to align marketing initiatives with corporate revenue and business goals
- Work closely with product and strategic solution teams to enable effective marketing plans focused on Trintech’s GTM vision
- Training and development of expanding marketing team to ensure effective implementation of marketing plans, maintain cross-team alignment and standardize best practices
- Partner with our Global Marketing Operations team to support the growth of a best-in-class marketing technology stack through evaluation of potential solutions, implementations, internal training and ongoing optimization
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, English, Journalism or related experience
- 10+ years experience executing B2B cross-channel marketing campaigns
- 7+ years experience developing, evaluating and optimizing B2B marketing strategies
- Demonstrated success in a marketing leadership role in a B2B SaaS company including leading both inbound and outbound marketing tactics
- Advanced understanding and proven application of best practices across marketing topics, including web/SEO, advertising, content development and email marketing
- Strong resource and time management skills with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense and Wordpress
- Data driven mindset and the ability to drive action from insights
- Ability to be hands on and strategic, "roll-up your sleeves" attitude and commitment to success are imperative
- Experience managing budgets across digital lead generation channels to maximize return and minimize CPL
