About you
As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll co-create our approach to building awareness of Lantern in the market through to strengthening our product-market fit, creating client advocacy - and everything in-between. You’ll be creative, highly organised and a great communicator, managing several plans to create, develop and launch our unique offering.
Our non-negotiables
- Strong Product Marketing Background in a Private Equity Environment : We’re looking for someone with a solid understanding of the Private Equity landscape and the needs of our target market, Private Equity GPs and LPs. SaaS experience is also valued.
- Demonstrated Experience in Executing Product Marketing Strategies : You’ll need experience in building and executing product marketing strategies that drive material business impact, based on a combination of market, competitor and client intelligence.
- Methodical in Your Approach : From understanding the private equity landscape to identifying the specific needs of our clients and creating compelling, go-to-market campaigns – you’ll have a considered, methodical approach.
- Excellent Communication Skills : Incredibly good at articulating our value proposition, with the ability to create a strong messaging framework and effective content plans.
Specific requirements
- Industry Expert : Must have significant experience and insight into private equity.
- Product Marketing : Experience preparing and executing product marketing plans.
- User Research : Conducted user research, consolidating feedback and generating insights for a product team.
- Competitor Analysis : Perform both top-down and bottom-up competitor analysis, including market players, sales activity, differentiators, and feature comparison.
- Product Differentiation : Work in partnership with the marketing team to help prepare campaigns focused on product differentiation.
- AI Experience : Any experience with AI would be valuable, as we are an AI company.
About the role
- Design and Execute Product Marketing Strategies : Develop a deep understanding of our target market, competitive landscape, and clients to create product marketing strategies. This includes a methodical approach to segmentation, targeting, positioning, and multi-channel go-to-market campaigns.
- Create Content to Support a Range of Touchpoints Across Our Client Journey : Work alongside our Product and Business Development teams to create content that spans go-to-market and lead-generation campaigns, business development tools, and client engagement.
- Create Impact and a Measurable Return on Investment : Through marketing automation, track and analyse a range of tactics to ensure our product marketing strategies are having a measurable impact on our ambitious objectives.
- Shape Our Product Roadmap and Enable Product-Market Fit : Working closely with our Leadership team, use your market, competitor, and client insight to inform our product roadmap and enable product-market fit.
