A Global Law Firm is looking for a Reward and Benefits Manager to join their lovely team.
The focus of the role is reward and benefits, working closely with colleagues in HR Systems.
The firm is investing in their reward strategy and projects, so it's a really exciting time to join and be part of driving initiatives forward. You'll work closely with the Head of Reward and oversee two Reward Assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support with all aspects of reward and benefits, in particular to HR colleagues in the UK and Globally.
- Deliver the annual global salary review and bonus process, working closely with HR Business Partnering and HR colleagues globally and other cyclical reward activities.
- Manage, oversee and analyse the provision of compensation benchmarking tools and analytics.
- Liaise with benefit providers at the account management level and deliver the annual benefit renewals.
- Manage a portfolio of reward suppliers/partners to ensure they deliver high-quality products and services at a competitive cost.
- Deliver contextual insights on the firm's gender pay, together with other aspects of reward from a diversity and inclusiveness perspective.
- Work with the Responsible Business team to plan and deliver global well-being events and campaigns.
- Proactively monitor legislation, legal requirements and other changes to evaluate the impact on the Firm’s HR policies and reward structures.
- Lead on identifying future benefit offerings to complement the reward offering.
- Build meaningful relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
- Work in conjunction with the wider HR team globally to ensure best practice.
- Drive strategic thinking and influence stakeholders alongside the Head of Reward.
Skills and Experience:
- Professional services experience, ideally gained within a partnership structure.
- Reward and compensation experience, including the delivery of annual salary reviews and bonus processes.
- Global reward and compensation experience/exposure.
- Knowledge of relevant benefits legislation including pensions legislation.
- Project management experience.
- HR and Benefits Management systems experience would be an advantage.
