Our Solution Engineers are responsible for supporting Regional Sales Managers developing new enterprise customer relationships across a geographic and/or industry-focused territory. You will work closely with executives in product management, marketing, brand management, risk and compliance, and legal, to understand the customers' brand protection and enhancement needs. You will also work with the broader Tracer team and our partners to educate customers on the various external threat vectors they face and how Tracer’s products and services offerings quickly stop brand abuse and drive a better customer experience, leading to clean brands and top-line revenue growth.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in consultative/strategic enterprise software and services sales, with a track record of supporting new territory development and exceeding goals for innovative, high-growth technology companies. The right blend of customer obsession, innovative thinking, delivering results, and ownership are critical to the success of our customers and this role.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for Regional Sales Managers in account planning and product technical support, including preparation and delivery of product demonstrations.
- Engage with C-level and Sr. Executives within the customer and prospect base to educate, consult and deliver innovative brand protection and enhancement programs.
- Support partner technical development and engagement.
- Work closely with the broader Tracer team including customer success managers, product management/marketing, inside sales, executives, and finance.
- Support development of innovative go-to-market programs and share knowledge and best practices across the broader Tracer team.
- Continuously learn about Tracer offerings, market trends, and success stories that will enable our customers to move faster to prevent brand misuse and capture new and expanded revenue opportunities.
- Facilitate cross-functional prospect and customer brand protection workshops.
- Provide post-sales transition and onboarding support for the Customer Success team.
- Deliver research artifacts to support prospecting activities.
- Provide RFP responses, presentations, scopes of work, and technical recommendations.
- Stay up to date on emerging technologies and products, including participation in industry events as appropriate.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience selling and delivering complex enterprise application software, SaaS, and/or PaaS.
- Proven success of working with Fortune 1000 customers.
- Experience with brand management, marketing software/solutions, and/or brand protection preferred.
- Past experience working in fast-growing and/or start-up software/services companies preferred.
- Experience working as a project manager and/or consultant preferred.
- Outstanding presentation skills to executive, business, and technical audiences.
- Exceptional problem-solving and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to work in an independent, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math or equivalent experience preferred.
- Entrepreneurial and positive attitude with a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to travel regionally as needed.
- Must be located in London.
