The role
As our Conversion Specialist, you will be applying the coreprinciples of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) to improve our B2Bacquisition, diving into the complexity of the B2B buyer journey.
Data will be at the core of your approach toproblem-solving and engaging with the rest of the Go-To-Market team. You willstart from high-quality analysis on performance trends and navigate theorganisation to lead cross-functional efforts to solve commercial and userexperience challenges.
This is the perfect role to marry your data and businesscommunication skills in a highly collaborative role within the Marketing teamof a growing B2B SaaS company.
Responsibilities would include:
- Analysingperformance trends across the Marketing funnel.
- Spottingopportunities for improvement in our web UX and Sales processes.
- Communicatingimpact to the Business to drive new initiatives and influenceprioritisation.
- Formingcommittees with development and commercial teams to ensure success.
- Designingand implementing measurement strategies to test hypotheses.
- Documentingand sharing learnings with stakeholders.
We're looking for someone who must have
- Solidexperience with conversion rate optimization experiments in a Growth orB2B Marketing role.
- Masteryof web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Experiencewith Salesforce.
- Experiencewith data visualisation tools like Tableau (preferred)
It would be nice if you have
- Degreein Economics, Business, Mathematics or Data-related fields (preferred)
