Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant- WORKDAY Technical
In this role, you will be responsible for project management activities for a Workday HCM project which requires knowledge and understanding of the HCM modules. Moreover, awareness of the integrations and coordination with multiple teams is expected.
Responsibilities
- Partner with our customers to understand strategies, challenges, and goals.
- Exude strong executive presence, demonstrate a polished demeanor and superior communication skills to effectively manage pre-sales and project execution in complex environments; use excellent facilitation, negotiation, influencing, and consensus building skills to drive diverse teams.
- Analyse, prototype, and implement new Workday functional features. Present new features and impacts to business, and engage in end-to-end regression testing.
- End to end management and coordination of the project and responsible for the successful completion of the project.
- Craft and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Understanding of Workday integration execution/launch parameters.
- Workday integrations development experience.
- Project management experience for ERP projects.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications/Skills
- BE/MBA/M.Tech.
- Workday principal technical consultant for Workday Implementation and support including Requirement gathering, Feasibility study, Design, Build, and Deploy.
- Workday Integration experience in implementation, enhancements, and Production Support.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
- Experience in inbound/outbound integrations using Core Connector, PICOF, PECI, Workday Studio, managing business processes, working with EIB, Report Writer, Creating Workday Calculated Fields, Custom Reports, XML, XPATH, and XSLT. Knowledge of Security configuration in Workday.
- Experience in working on all project phases including fit/gap.
- Hands-on Integration experience in EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder).
- Core Connectors – Worker and Payroll, PECI Connector.
- Cloud Connect for Worker, CCB.
- CCTPP PICOF/PECI.
- Custom Reports & Calculated Fields.
- Linux/Shell Scripting.
