Junior Sales Manager – South East & London

We are hiring for an exciting new role within the John F Hunt Power sales team. In this developmental position, the successful candidate will play a key role in new client acquisition and account management. The role will be predominantly field-based with some working from our Essex depot. It comes with a competitive salary, 25 days holiday, and a company car.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new lines of business from within your territory.
- Managing a small portfolio of existing accounts, dealing with customer requests in a prompt and professional manner at all times.
- Manage and complete all activity in our computerised CRM database.
- Carry out site surveys as and when required.
- Liaising with operations teams in our five depots to ensure customer projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
We are looking for:
- A driven, ambitious individual who is eager to learn and who is seeking a new career with great prospects.
- Sales experience & experience of the hire industry preferred – but not essential as the opportunity to learn & develop into the role will be given to the successful candidate.
- Some experience of working in any customer-facing role would be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- An organised individual who pays attention to detail at all times.
- Someone who is able to manage and prioritise their own workload.
