About the role:
- Efficiently manage your own inbound sales pipeline
- Field enquiries from prospective clients with efficiency
- Make calls to further qualify sales leads and pitch the Houst product
- Maintain a high call to sign conversion rate
- Build your own outbound flow & be comfortable with cold calling
- Work with other teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience with both inbound and outbound sales, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment.
- High level of communication skills; in person, on the phone, and written.
- Naturally competitive.
- Excited about using new technology to transform an industry.
- Sales or client-facing experience (required).
- Experience working with Close (CRM) would be an advantage.
- Sales within the property industry would be an advantage but not required.
- Willing to work the occasional Saturday mornings (on a rota within the team).
