Organisation Design Specialist
I am delighted to be supporting a global Telecommunications business to recruit an Organisation Design Specialist to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Organisational Design, this is an exciting opportunity to join our client as the business is beginning large-scale transformation programs which you will play a key role in.
About the role
- Project management : You will be accountable for owning and delivering OD projects within the wider business transformation program and as part of operating model reviews. You will be able to demonstrate your end to end organizational design end to end project management.
- Change management : You will be supporting senior stakeholders and management through end-to-end OD transformation. This will include facilitating the end-to-end process, from running assessments on current OD state, through to defining and delivering program roadmaps.
- Coaching : You will provide expertise, advice and coaching on organisational design practices and processes to both leadership team and HR stakeholders.
- Stakeholder management : You will be able to demonstrate how you have partnered with multiple stakeholders across a matrix environment in previous roles.
Experience required
You will have proven experience in roles related to OD management or projects across large matrix organisations. You will have a working understanding on change and transformation projects and translating that into an effective organisational design plan.
You will be able to demonstrate your analytical and communication proficiency by showcasing strong analytical skills coupled with effective communication abilities. You should be confident in using data to build a compelling case for change and communicate it effectively.
You will have worked in an organisational design role either as part of a wider business centre of excellence model or prior experience in HR or collaborating closely with HR stakeholders in an organisational design capacity. Ideally, you should have experience in business partnering, particularly in supporting change management or participating in large-scale transformation programs.
