Every Cloud are currently seeking an Application Support Manager for one of our clients based in London.
This position will involve the management of the Application Support Team who focus on administration, maintenance, 3rd line support, testing, and QA of new systems and functionality. There are four people in the team, and your role will include coaching and development of their skill set.
You will also be collaborating with internal stakeholders and 3rd parties to provide ongoing support and implement improvements.
There are a number of applications utilized, such as Dynamics Business Central, Silverbear CRM, and Salesforce Cloud Commerce, among others. Your experience should include working with CRM, ticketing, and e-commerce systems.
This is a hybrid role after the first few months, which will be fully office-based.
