Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive new business growth and meet revenue targets within the luxury interior fit-out market in London
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with main contractors, architects, developers, and key industry stakeholders to secure project collaborations and partnerships.
- Lead and mentor a sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and training to maximise performance and foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to define sales strategies and differentiate the company's offerings in the high-end interior design sector.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery, client satisfaction, and successful execution of contracts.
- Drive the development of tailored sales proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase the company's capabilities, value proposition, and unique design aesthetics.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management on sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven track record in high-end interior sales, business development, and account management within the luxury design and construction industry, particularly in London.
- Strong network of contacts within the main contractor sector and a successful history of securing new business and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on empowering and inspiring a sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Strategic thinker with a creative and solution-oriented approach to sales, client relationship management, and industry engagement.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex design concepts, project requirements, and value propositions to a diverse audience.
- Professional demeanor, integrity, and a commitment to upholding high standards of service excellence and client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in high-end interior fit-out, or construction project management is advantageous.
