Account Manager – Possibl – Talent Consulting – London (hybrid, 1 day in office)
Possibl is pleased to be partnering with a long-standing talent consulting client of ours in the search for an Account Manager to join their established commercial team on a permanent basis, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and client services across their areas of expertise which include assessment, psychometrics, leadership and talent development.

The role:
- Set up, management and delivery of local and global client projects
- Ensure a smooth implementation process both internally and externally
- Keep a strong line of communication with clients, building excellent relationships
- Keep a commercial lens, spotting opportunities for growth and maximum impact through services
- Tracking financials, scope and milestones of projects
About you:
- Time served in a client-facing account management, client services or project management role
- An interest/experience working in assessment, psychometrics, leadership or HR services is ideal
- Ability to set up, manage and deliver client projects
- A commercial mindset, with hunger to learn and grow
- Comfort managing complex projects and gravitas to partner with senior clients
Note: Occasional client travel required largely in London, UK. Hybrid with 1 office day in London.
