What you’ll be doing…
- Target fixation: a track record in achieving and surpassing targets.
- Effective time management through identifying, planning, and prioritising objectives.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive research to understand products, services & prospects through use of vehicles such as press and online news sources.
- Identifying potential sponsors by leveraging industry insights and staying informed about market trends and developments.
- Maximise revenue from new and previous sponsors through building value throughout the sales process.
- Attend conferences to provide on-site services to sponsors including networking support and client entertainment.
- Maintain accurate client records and background information, demonstrating strong reporting skills.
- Adhere to and uphold the company’s core values of courage, curiosity and collaboration.
What we look for…
- A proven track record of success within B2B Sales (sponsorship sales preferable).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior professionals to establish business relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Strong sales experience with the ‘ability to close’.
- IT & CRM knowledge and ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Self-motivated & ambitious with a growth mindset.
