SUMMARY OF ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Growth, you will collaborate across our client’s portfolio to comprehend and drive their growth objectives. As one of two Account Strategists, you will develop and propose strategic roadmaps centred on measurable performance and growth outcomes.
You will coordinate closely with the client account manager, project managers, and delivery teams to ensure that strategy remains central to the client relationship and that workstreams are aligned with growth goals.
WHO YOU ARE
As a commercially focused and performance-oriented consultant with a “strategy first” approach, you bring extensive experience in e-commerce and a deep understanding of the digital practices essential for a thriving DTC e-commerce environment. You are also a skilled and effective relationship manager, capable of engaging and impressing senior leadership clients. As a collaborative team member, you will work across the agency to align strategic services and technical solutions, enhancing the client’s portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and managing strategic roadmaps
- Gathering insights through audits and creating actionable plans
- Coordinating with the client account manager, delivery project manager, and growth services team
- Maintaining regular communication with clients, including reporting and collaborative strategy development at all levels of stakeholder engagement
- Collaborating with the sales team to promote and upsell strategic services to other clients within the portfolio
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Practical experience in managing direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce websites and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Exceptional skills in client communication, both verbal and in presentations
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities with proven experience
- Capability to handle multiple client roadmaps, both at a high level and in detail
- Effective self-management and time organization
- Prior experience in solution sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years in the field
LOCATION
The client’s office is located near Tower Bridge. The position requires office-based work two days per week (Tuesday & Thursday) with flexibility for additional client meetings as needed.
