About the role:
As a Communications Executive you will be responsible for contributing to building our brand awareness and engagement with Attivo clients and staff through the delivery of client communications across different channels. This dynamic position involves executing multi-channel communication strategies, including email marketing, print mailings, and events, to build strong relationships and drive client interaction. You will support the Communications Manager in the development and delivery of tailored communications that meet diverse business objectives.
Working closely with the Marketing team and various departments, you will collaborate effectively to implement communication strategies. You will be integrating new acquisitions into our communication strategies, rebranding efforts, and developing internal communication programs that keep our staff informed and engaged.
About you:
Having experience as a marketing communications professional, you are able to design and execute effective client journey maps and build targeted campaigns that drive referrals and advocacy. With a creative mindset, you are able to develop innovative communication strategies and are adept at managing complex, multi-channel campaigns, including client and acquisition communications, sponsorships, and events.
You are results-driven, with a strong motivation to see initiatives through to completion, always ensuring that outcomes are reported and analysed with clear metrics. Additionally, your excellent stakeholder management skills enable you to work confidently with colleagues at all levels, ensuring that communications align with business goals and deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Set-up and implement segmented and automated e-mail marketing campaigns using Hubspot to initiate optimum campaign journeys and remarketing opportunities to drive client engagement, response and referral.
- Support the Communications Manager in building and delivering client communications email campaigns and mailings to meet multiple business requirements.
- Support any new acquisition integration with client communications, internal communications and ensuring the rebranding of the offices is successful.
- Design and deliver client feedback and survey mechanisms to assess engagement and results of specific activities.
- Support with the development and delivery of an internal and client communications programme for staff and clients to maximise the potential of our Attivo Life proposition and sponsorship and events programme and report on success.
- Support the development and delivery of an internal communications plan, including working with departments to develop internal communication calendars, communications templates and processes that help keep our staff informed.
- Plan, write content and coordinate the delivery of internal company communications, including regular internal newsletters.
- Proofreading and coordination of the production of external communications including regular client magazine.
- Support with external communications – occasional PR and media opportunities, conference representation of Attivo employees etc.
- Plan and write content to support industry awards submissions.
- Plan, coordinate and support campaign activity for sponsorships and events from start to finish, including delivery logistics, production of presentations and branded collateral, invitations management to drive attendance and engagement.
- Liaise with and coordinate external agencies suppliers for delivery of event and campaign assets and requirements.
- Support with the development of client case studies and client stories and production across different media.
- Support the Communications Manager and People Team to help shape the employer brand and activities that will help bring that to life and engage our staff.
- Work collaboratively across the team with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Executives to implement marketing initiatives through other channels.
- Ensure that all activities comply with regulatory compliance requirements and follow the Financial Promotion requirements laid out by the FCA.
Essential skills and experience:
- At least 3 years marketing communications experience in a service industry ideally Financial Services.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with professional copywriting and proofreading ability.
- Sophisticated email marketing experience (e-crm) using email marketing and CRM systems.
- Hubspot experience or certified or other CRM system management.
- Client journey mapping and build.
- Experience working collaboratively with sales and business development teams.
- Marketing agency and supplier management experience.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills, able to manage multiple multi-faceted activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels.
- Results-driven with a motivation to see initiatives through to completion and report with MI.
- Creative thinker able to come up with fresh and innovative ideas.
- Able to prioritise and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- CIM or other professional marketing qualifications is desired.
- Marketing related degree would be desired.
- Experience in PR & media relations is desired.
Salary and benefits:
£35,000 - negotiable depending on experience.
