Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, DocuSign Customer Support Architect.
In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing and delivering high quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of eSign technology and digital workflow processes, including the DocuSign initiative.
- Bring a framework of expertise in E-signature and digital transformation.
- Deliver business objectives to ensure operational readiness related to e-signing and digital transformation. Partner with Businesses & other Technology Units (all of Stakeholders) to gather and document business processes and requirements.
- Ensure all key considerations within each of the organization’s business units are fully understood and responsible for execution and end-to-end support of digital processes outlined and recommended.
- Provide SME-level leadership as part of overall CoE.
- Provide SME-level support to cross-functional teams to identify and resolve problems. Identify key risks and issues. Manage / track appropriate mitigation plans. Ensure timely escalation in appropriate detail to stakeholders.
- Aid preparing and reviewing standard project/program progress reporting appropriately to audience level and needs.
- Facilitate User trainings.
- Keep updated documentation on Jive, Sharepoint.

Minimum Qualifications
- BE/B Tech/MCA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Should have prior experience with DocuSign in development or Operations/Support capacity.
- Relevant professional experience as Software Developer/Engineer or as an Application/Platform Developer.
- Expert in Configuration – Users, groups, templates, reports, Integrations, Security, Approval Process, Email Templates.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Capable of collaborating effectively across a variety of IT and Business groups, across regions and different roles.
- Good customer service skills. Ability to deal with difficult situations/individuals gracefully.
- Flexible to work as an individual contributor as well with a team.
- Experience managing multiple, concurrent projects through all phases of the project life cycle for assigned functions/work streams.
- Innovative in exploring alternate solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Organized, Excellent interpersonal skills and professional approach.
- Cloud experience is desirable.
