We’re seeking a future team member for the role Vice President, Client Service Manager I to join our Corporate Trust Team. This role is located in Wrocław, Poland – HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Manage a medium-sized financial services team responsible for providing daily administrative duties including client billing and internal control activities.
- Maintain familiarity with industry best practices.
- Complete end-to-end training for all new joiners including business overview, systems training, and functional training.
- Coordinate and direct the daily operations of a financial services team. Monitor work metrics and standards; resolve team issues as required. Manage KRI’s, KPI’s.
- Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution, professional growth, and ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
- Ensure all end-of-day reporting and checks are completed in a timely manner, as appropriate.
- Liaise with the onshore client-facing team to resolve any queries that might arise.
- Other duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Proficiency in English.
- At least 3 years of management experience.
- Technical knowledge of corporate trust, products, and services would be a strong asset.
- Proactive and focused attitude to work with the ability to constantly meet deadlines.
- Experience in written client communication.
- Flexibility and ability to multi-task.
