F1 is looking to recruit a multi-skilled digital operations executive to service sponsors, endemics, and agency partners. Reporting to the Senior Digital Operations Executive, the operations executive will help support on campaign trafficking, inventory management, reporting, and stakeholder management. Our team’s primary goal is to drive digital investment across our websites and social channels by delivering innovative, best-in-class media packages for our clients. The selected candidate will be detail-focused, comfortable setting and defining their own agenda and goals, and a talented and thoughtful manager of people and clients.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Traffic and manage digital advertising campaigns on F1’s digital properties including F1.com, app, and podcast as well as F1’s social channels including YouTube and X.
- Ensure accurate and timely setup of ad campaigns, monitor performance, and optimise delivery to meet client goals and KPIs.
- Manage ad inventory across digital properties and ensure strategic allocation of ad space to maximise yield. Work closely with digital ad sales and partnership management teams to accurately forecast inventory availability.
- Manage the upload, testing, and trafficking of ad creative to ensure they meet ad specifications and brand guidelines. Troubleshoot any issues related to ad creatives or delivery of campaigns.
- Provide in-depth reporting and commercial recommendations to media agencies, clients, and partners on campaign performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for media agencies, clients, and partners regarding campaign trafficking and management.
About You
- Experience in digital advertising operations within a publisher, media agency, or ad tech company.
- Experience of ad server trafficking, either Google Ad Manager or Google Campaign Manager or similar.
- Highly detail-oriented with an ability to prioritise and handle numerous tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- An excellent relationship builder and ability to network with both junior and senior professionals.
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to produce high-quality data-led insights. Additional bonus will be experience of Publisher-side Programmatic Trading Platforms (e.g. Google Ad Exchange).
