The role:
Launch and expand new candidate offerings to our schools across the UK. You will be joining the Supply Team (Candidates) and lead the growth of candidates who help launch and service new geographies through the Zen platform and/or scale established geographics where we want to increase our market share.
What you'll be doing:
- From now until September 2024, you will own the initiatives that help us increase the pool of candidates on the platform in new regions for Zen.
- Work with the demand team on which schools we should target based on candidate availability, initiatives that help us retain the candidates shortly after onboarding, and product interventions required to make our offering more appealing to schools and candidates.
- Once you are ramped up, you will own the strategy and execution of how we source, onboard and place candidates in new markets, working in collaboration with the Account Management and Product teams.
