Sales Executive within our Higher Education International Student Recruitment Team

London OR Birmingham based Hybrid Working, mainly working from home.

About Our Role: As Sales Executive within our Higher Education International Student Recruitment team, you will be provided with warm leads of potential international students looking to study with us here in the UK. You will be able to advise the potential student on our various undergraduate and postgraduate courses, guiding them through the application process to ensure the journey completes with the student enrolling to study on the programme.
Here’s Some of What’s Involved:
- Maintain and manage an effective direct student pipeline ensuring intake KPIs are delivered effectively.
- Engage with offer holders through multiple communication channels; actively guide applicants through the entire application cycle; advise students on how to meet outstanding conditions, i.e., interviews, outstanding documents, and English tests.
- Advise on payment methods (by card, BACS, on campus or loan letters), chase and take outstanding payments; respond to student concerns and understand competition from other institutions.
- Provide and maintain agreed turnaround times to our students.
- Self-manage student pipelines within KPIs and SLAs; share critical information with the team to ensure everyone is on the same page.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on QUERCUS (student application management system).
- Run and maintain weekly/monthly/intake dependent Management Information pipeline reports.
- Ensure regular contact to maintain students’ commitment.
- Advise on whether students can apply within the UK.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls; advise on and send application details to potential applicants who express interest via phone or email enquiry or Akero.
- Prioritise workload and take initiative to continuously improve the conversion process.
