Your Responsibilities:
- Product Positioning: Ensure familiarity with the target markets, buyer personas, segmentation, customer journeys, and value propositions of our SaaS products and incorporate these into content.
- Multi-Channel Content Creation: Work with the Product Marketing team to execute campaign content development across various channels, such as blogs, social media, emails, print materials, paid campaigns, and the internal intranet.
- SEO Optimization: Work with the Digital Marketing team to execute website content to support the SEO strategy.
- Content Calendar: Support with the management of the content calendar, ensuring the appropriate level of customer contact across divisional activity.
Your Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a content-focused role.
- Attention to detail is paramount with an excellent understanding of the English language and exact use of grammar.
- High-quality creative copywriting skills.
- Ability to create different styles of engaging content across a variety of channels such as website, blog, social media, email marketing, and adverts.
- Awareness of SEO and CRO best practice techniques.
- Grounded, pragmatic, and delivery-focused.
