The role
This is a project-based, fixed-term contract position for c6 months.
To support our strategic goals and growth plans we’re looking for a Reward Consultant to work closely with our People Business Partners and Sales and Service business areas, with the objective of reviewing, recommending, and rolling out new fit-for-purpose commission structures.
Key deliverables:
- Review of commission structures:
- Working with People & Culture business partners and Sales and Service business areas, with the objective of reviewing, recommending and rolling out new fit-for-purpose commission structures.
- Lead the review and refresh of commission frameworks, design to roll out.
- Establish and clearly outline for each business area the right base vs commission structure with customer centricity & simplicity at the forefront.
- Link with performance criteria focused on results and cost efficiency.
- Set clear success metrics, including behaviours so we are winning in the right way.
- Create business area consistency where it is beneficial.
Establishing a grading/job levelling structure:
- In addition to the commission work, the objective is to work with the P & C business partners to establish a group grading/job levelling structure.
About you
Ideally, you’ll have operated previously in a project or contract-based role.
You’ll also be:
- A highly experienced Reward generalist, with in-depth knowledge of commission structures and frameworks.
- Experienced in project management, or used to spinning many plates across many workstreams.
- Experienced working with large Sales functions across contact centre environments.
- Agile minded, able to pivot focus quickly when needed with a ‘get things done’ mentality.
- Practical and pragmatic over theoretical, you’re able to pose a simplistic approach and run with it.
- Resilient, able to have the tough conversations, with high emotional IQ.
