Excellent opportunity working for one of the UK’s fastest growing retail and e-commerce businesses. Reporting to the CRM Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering compelling and engaging content for our CRM channels, with a strong focus on test and learn and optimisation of activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and execution of email campaigns - including the build, scheduling, and deployment of one-time, recurring, and triggered campaigns.
- Be an internal champion for CRM and getting closer to the consumer, providing knowledge sharing and training to others.
- Lead on team workshops to educate, engage and drive ideas into action.
- Analyse the reporting of email campaigns, comparing performance against targets and using insight to support and influence the development of future optimisation.
Key Skills & Experience Required - A clear understanding of CRM principles and marketing channels.
- Essential prior experience in Marketing and e-mail Marketing.
- Experience within a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively.
- Confident communicator with the ability to work with people at all levels.
