What you will be doing:
As an Associate Sales Manager, you will lead a small team focused on closing deals. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales performance, mentor your team, and directly engage with prospective clients to secure new business. You'll play a key role in expanding our host network and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead a small team of Sales Executives whilst managing personal sales targets.
- Sales Execution: Develop an outbound sales strategy to increase overall sales volume.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Training and Development: Coach, inspire, and motivate the team to ensure sales targets are met.
- Performance Monitoring: Forecast and analyze the sales pipeline, reporting KPIs to the Senior Leadership Team.
Experience: 2-5 years in sales, leadership, and relevant industry experience (e.g., Proptech, SaaS).
Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; sales or leadership certifications are a plus.
Skills: Sales expertise, team management, negotiation, and analytical skills for sales forecasting and reporting.
Soft Skills: Collaboration, adaptability, and the ability to work cross-functionally and adjust strategies as needed.
