Formula 1 (F1) are the pinnacle of motorsport, delivering 24 races across 5 continents each year.
Ogilvy One was appointed as F1’s fan engagement agency in 2018 – to support on F1’s journey of business and digital transformation.
The Role:
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team managing a range of projects from CRM to digital. A big focus of this role will involve supporting an Account Director and Business Director in delivering on and evolving the promises of our exciting fan engagement programme.
You will play a pivotal role in coordinating the multi-disciplinary Ogilvy team to deliver effective and efficient creative solutions for F1.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of the F1 Weekly Newsletter.
- Supporting ‘F1 Unlocked’ – F1’s free fan membership programme.
- Support F1 partner/sponsor campaigns.
- Support growth and in-life engagement of ‘F1 Fantasy’.
- Management of campaigns aligning with key dates in the race calendar.
- Management of Martech projects.
- Update client status reports and support day-to-day management of the F1 account.
- Track performance and identify opportunities to increase effectiveness via A/B testing.
A bit about you:
- Experience working with a multi-disciplinary agency team.
- Experience in CRM and digital marketing.
- Organised and proactive.
- Be an omni-channel thinker.
- Experience with sports and entertainment brands is valued, but not mandatory.
- Have high standards and hold the team accountable.
- Obsesses over the detail.
- Be personable and strong communicator.
- Have the ability and appetite to help grow the account.
