Job Summary
The main responsibilities of a Prime Consultant are to manage and exceed in responsibilities assigned to them within the project such as configuration, solution design in their modules, acting as an SME for clients and colleagues, developing junior colleagues in their technical knowledge of SuccessFactors and support in sales activities, such as sales demos and effort estimations.
As an experienced consultant, you will be able to resolve HMC tickets within the scope of modules for which they are certified. In implementation projects, a Prime Consultant will participate in client workshops in a supportive role. They will be confident to lead workshops for smaller clients and projects as and when called upon.
Nature & Scope
Being functionally and technically sound, senior consultants will make themselves available to extend advice to our clients in SuccessFactors design. You will be a hands-on application expert and prepare/review project deliverables. He/she will be able to utilise and apply best practices on projects, based on their experience and in consultation with experts appropriately tailored for the client and their culture. Engage in design workshops with the client and be able to effectively share knowledge and content with junior staff. In turn effectively be able to provide functional and technical training to clients, administrators and colleagues.

Certified in Compensation and one other module would be preferable

Education
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or related discipline
