Sounds great, what will I be doing?
As our Paralegal , you'll support our Legal team, reporting to Senior Product Counsel, in this broad and exciting role. You'll get to work across all legal workstreams: commercial, product, privacy, and corporate. The role will include a wide variety of legal tasks from working on commercial contracts (both clients and vendors) to supporting larger projects related to new products being launched and privacy. With support from our amazing legal team, you'll get the chance to experience a fascinating range of work to build on your legal skills whilst being part of something really exciting as GWI moves ahead into the next phase of its growth.
It's also fun; shaking things up is what working for a growing company is all about. So you'll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and working in a high-tempo environment as we grow.
What do I need to bring with me?
You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you're willing to learn. Here's what the team will be looking for:
- Degree qualification in law valid in the UK.
- Previous experience working within an in-house legal team or law firm is an advantage.
- Problem-solving mindset - we work in a complex and fast-paced environment and we are looking for someone who thrives on analysing legal scenarios, anticipating risks, and helping come up with practical solutions.
- Equally important is attitude. We want people who think big (to make an impact), ask why (to find a better way), and show respect (to everyone, at every level, all the time).

First video interview with the hiring managers.
Second (and final*) video interview with the hiring panel, often including a presentation, followed by a values conversation with members of the wider GWI community.
