Contract Type: 6 month FTC
We have a great opportunity for a Service Integration Lead to join our Transformation team on a 6 month FTC. The role will assure the service transformation strategy and ensure that the projects and programmes undertaken will deliver the workstream outcomes and the strategic objectives for the business.
This role will be highly collaborative, working in a dynamic and agile way to engage a range of stakeholders across the business – the candidate will need to be in meetings, and directly connecting with various stakeholders across the whole business to connect dots of activity and then uplift the knowledge to translate it into next steps and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Working with the Service Integration Consultant to develop, oversee and evolve the strategy for Service Transformation
- Highly cross functional, operating across all 7 ST workstreams with a full understanding of product, tech, Guardian and operations roadmaps.
- Supports the development of a roadmap and strategy for each of the 7 workstream, taking into consideration work already underway and ensuring there are no gaps in the project plan.
- Collaborate with finance, MI & data and operational partners to ensure the workstream project plans will deliver vs business OKRs
- Works with business SME’s to provide guidance and thought leadership; running strategy workshops and cross functional collaboration activities.
- Identify areas of cross functional misalignment and able to work up to DGLG level to facilitate solutions and ensure the programme remains on track.
- Support the Service Integration lead and support SME with programme prioritisation, sequencing and phasing.
Skills and experience required:
- In depth experience of transformation at senior level
- Ability to manage and facilitate multiple projects
- Experience of formulating business strategy
- Systems thinker
- Understanding of customer experience and journeys
- Experience in a regulated environment
- Capable of influencing and facilitating senior stakeholder and resolutions
