Responsibilities
The Retention Marketing Team is responsible for managing the AA's Roadside Retention Marketing & Regulatory communications, delivering approximately 7 million customer touchpoints per year across 180+ automated communications (with thousands of overall variants across email, direct mail & SMS). This role will support the migration of these communications to a new document management platform, working closely with external document developers and the internal marketing team to brief and approve a high volume of technical proofs.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Strong accuracy and interpretation skills - eye for detail and 'right first time' attitude, ideally supported by experience proofing multi-variant communications
- Previous experience working in multi-channel consumer environments (ideally FS and/or Telco)
- Experience with payment and retention journeys for contract products (nice to have)
- Knowledge and understanding of systems and process design (nice to have)
Ad hoc travel to Basingstoke required.
Pay Rate: £350 - 400 Per Day.
